A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.
Green Harbor Dispensary in Middleboro, MA is seeking a Cultivation Tech Cultivation Techs will be responsible for maintaining a healthy grow and performing all tasks in the growing process including cloning, potting and transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, Integrated Pest Management, topping, flushing, foliar sprays, harvesting, drying, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management. Also, will need to participate in cleaning and other duties as required. Follow company SOPs and Policies. $17.50/ No Health Insurance currently. Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of cultivation including feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, harvesting, drying, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management Maintain exceptional attention to detail to achieve consistently high quality and yield, including ensuring cleanliness of facility, Assist in audits and data collection for inventory accuracy and ensure all tracking is compliant with government regulations Maintain growing protocols for nutrient regiments and conduct drip/drain and runoff testing Meet all production / labor scheduling deadlines to complete all projected garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Must love plants and be willing to work long hours in climate-controlled environments with dense canopies. Cleaning is essential to maintain high standards for a clean environment

High School Diploma Strong Interpersonal Skills Strong Technical and Mechanical abilities Previous commercial cannabis cultivation experience preferred Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred
