Job Description

Company Overview:
Green Harbor Dispensary in Middleboro, MA is seeking a Cultivation Tech Cultivation Techs will be responsible for maintaining a healthy grow and performing all tasks in the growing process including cloning, potting and transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, Integrated Pest Management, topping, flushing, foliar sprays, harvesting, drying, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management. Also, will need to participate in cleaning and other duties as required. Follow company SOPs and Policies. $17.50/ No Health Insurance currently. Must be reliable, show up on time, and put in a full work week. Middleborough residents and individuals from disproportionate areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of cultivation including feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, harvesting, drying, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management Maintain exceptional attention to detail to achieve consistently high quality and yield, including ensuring cleanliness of facility, Assist in audits and data collection for inventory accuracy and ensure all tracking is compliant with government regulations Maintain growing protocols for nutrient regiments and conduct drip/drain and runoff testing Meet all production / labor scheduling deadlines to complete all projected garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Must love plants and be willing to work long hours in climate-controlled environments with dense canopies. Cleaning is essential to maintain high standards for a clean environment
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma Strong Interpersonal Skills Strong Technical and Mechanical abilities Previous commercial cannabis cultivation experience preferred Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred
Other:
Must be 21 years of age or over. Must consent to CORI, background and social media check. Possess the ability to successfully obtain an Agent Registration Card. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
