Job Description

Cultivation Worker OCS Green Leaves, LLC dba Perpetual Brands ("Perpetual" or the "Company") brings together a deep bench of experienced operators who have spent years working in cannabis cultivation and distribution. Our goal is to present the plant in its purest form for the customers we serve, and every team member is selected with care so that the quality and attention we demand for ourselves carries through to everyone we work with.

Full-time What You'll Get Health and dental insurance Paid time off and sick time Employee discount On-the-job training Occasional lunchtime cookouts What the Day Looks Like Tend to cannabis plants by watering, pruning, trimming, and inspecting them as part of your daily routine. Pitch in on harvest work, including offloading, cutting, hanging, and sanitizing. Handle post-harvest steps, including drying, curing, destemming, trimming, and milling. Reload flower rooms and dispose of cannabis waste in full compliance with regulations. Keep the grow facility and all equipment clean and sanitary. Weigh, track, and record materials and progress at each cultivation stage, following state rules and company SOPs. Work in spaces with changing temperature and lighting; bringing a change of clothes is recommended for comfort. Who We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Willing to complete a yearly background check. No prior experience needed — we're glad to train dependable, motivated people who want to learn. A background in landscaping or restaurant work is a plus, since those roles often build adaptability and ease in fast-paced settings. How You'll Show Up Reliable and self-motivated, comfortable working solo or alongside a team, and consistently professional, respectful, and flexible. Steady attendance matters; let management know as early as possible if you'll be late or need time off. Communicates openly with coworkers and supervisors and brings up any concerns in a respectful way.
