Children's Farm Operations & Project Lead Full-Time, Year-Round Project Handy Person & Animal Support Assistant Davis Farmland is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team in a full-time, year-round position. This hands-on position combines guest interaction, building, repairs, maintenance, and animal assistance. While the role includes helping with animals when needed, this is not primarily an animal-care position .

Responsibilities include:

Interacting with guests and helping bring the Davis Farmland experience to life Helping build new projects, attractions, and guest experiences Completing general repairs, maintenance, and improvements Assisting with animals and animal areas as needed Learning all areas of the Children's Farm and its daily operations Becoming a lead trainer for new and returning staff The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely loves working with guests—especially children and families—and enjoys putting on a show . We are looking for someone outgoing, energetic, creative, and comfortable becoming part of the experience rather than simply working behind the scenes. Candidates should enjoy hands-on work, be comfortable using basic tools, work well independently and as part of a team, and be willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong communication and leadership skills are important, as this person will learn every area of the Children's Farm and eventually help train new team members. No two days at Davis Farmland are exactly alike. One day you may be building something new, the next making a repair, training a new team member, assisting in an animal area, or entertaining guests and creating memorable moments. This is a full-time, year-round hourly position , with employee benefits available after 90 days.
