About the Role As a Horticulture Specialist, you will play a vital role in the health and development of our botanical crops throughout their entire lifecycle. You will ensure optimal growth conditions by executing precise care routines, maintaining environmental standards, and supporting our production goals through diligent monitoring and technical support. Responsibilities Execute daily plant care regimens, including feeding, pruning, and repotting to ensure uniform crop development. Monitor crop health to identify and mitigate potential pest issues or nutrient deficiencies early. Provide comprehensive support during harvest, drying, curing, and trimming phases to maintain product quality. Maintain precise digital logs of nutrient applications, equipment performance, and plant movements. Perform routine sanitation and maintenance of cultivation tools, irrigation systems, and environmental control equipment. Assist in inventory reconciliation and audit processes to ensure accurate tracking of all materials and supplies. Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures for all facility equipment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field. Proficiency in basic mathematics and computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a state-mandated background check. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills Experience navigating seed-to-sale tracking software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
