The Role:
The Seasonal Outdoor Cultivation Technician will assist with the outdoor harvest and cultivation processes during the peak season. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and supporting the full cannabis plant lifecycle. Candidates with backgrounds in agriculture, farming, landscaping, or nursery work are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Harvest cannabis plants in accordance with SOPs and compliance standards. Assist with weighing, labeling, tracking, and monitoring plants/materials. Assist in preparing products for market Trimming Packaging Maintain cleanliness and organization in all workspaces, including fields, greenhouses, and equipment. Operate basic cultivation tools and follow safety procedures in outdoor environments. Follow instructions and collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Work in various weather conditions, standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, agriculture, farming, or related physical labor fields preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions. Punctual, reliable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow strict protocols. Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass any required background checks in accordance with state regulations.
Working Conditions:
Seasonal position from early September through late October. Outdoor cultivation site; exposure to sun, rain, wind, and dirt is part of the job. May include early mornings, weekend shifts, or variable scheduling during peak harvest windows.
