Job Description

About Rickman Racing is a Thoroughbred breeding, placement and retirement farm Assist in the care and feeding of horses and farm animals. Responsibilities also include general grounds maintenance, fencing, barn repair and barn maintenance. Equipment maintenance includes tractors and farm equipment. Preference to candidates with prior experience with horses and/or grounds keeping. Candidates should be aware that most of the job duties are outdoors. Candidate should be able to lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
