We are seeking a dedicated Farm Production Worker to join our team and help maintain and improve farm operations. If you're ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily operations on the farm. Perform routine inspections of farm equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Monitor the health and well-being of livestock, providing daily care as needed. Perform routine cleaning of animal housing and facilities to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team when necessary. Work alongside the production team to meet operational targets and deadlines. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks. Previous farm or agricultural experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Good communication skills.
