$23•$25 per hour (to start•depending on experience)
Schedule:
Full time•Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm We are a licensed cannabis trimming company seeking a detail-oriented Weighing & Bagging Technician to accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis products. This position is crucial to our operations•attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day are important to succeeding in the role. Applicants should have exceptional organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Inspect, touch-up, and weigh trimmed flower to required specifications Bag, seal, and label products accurately Record all weights into work order Maintain clean, organized work areas Follow all safety and compliance procedures Report discrepancies to supervisors Work with the team to ensure jobs are completed and all SOPs are followed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently Reliable and punctual Must meet state requirements to work in cannabis•21+ only (we will help you apply for an RIC through the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy if you are not already licensed) Willingness to work / collaborate with others, help when asked, and show respect and curtesy towards clients and buyers. Ability to keep a calm mindset in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Cannabis processing or packaging experience Experience using scales Data entry
