Job Description
Experienced Irrigation Technician Pro Turf Outdoor Services, LLC is looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of irrigation experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a year-round position , so while irrigation will be the primary focus during the growing season, your responsibilities will shift throughout the year to support our full range of outdoor services. What We're Looking For 2+ years of irrigation experience expected Strong knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems Experience with irrigation start-ups, shut-downs, repairs, and troubleshooting Ability to diagnose and repair valves, heads, wiring, controllers, and other irrigation components Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to assist with other seasonal outdoor services throughout the year Year-Round Responsibilities Because this is a year-round position , your day-to-day responsibilities will change with the seasons. Spring & Summer Irrigation system start-ups and repairs Irrigation installations and maintenance Troubleshooting irrigation systems Landscaping and general outdoor service work Assisting with other projects and seasonal operations as needed Fall Irrigation winterizations Fall landscaping and cleanups Equipment preparation and maintenance Preparing properties and equipment for winter operations Winter Snow plowing and snow removal Salt application and salt management Winter property maintenance Equipment operation and maintenance Other winter service responsibilities as needed Compensation$18-$23 per hour based on experience and performance. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for the right individual to grow into the $20-$25/hour range based on their irrigation knowledge, work performance, reliability, ability to work independently, and overall contribution to the team.
