Bonus based on performance Opportunity for advancement Training & development Irrigation Service Technician - Seasonal / Temporary (Potential for Long-Term) Conserva Irrigation of Greater Bloomfield | Metro Detroit Area About the Role We're heading into our busiest stretch of the season and need an experienced technician to jump in and hit the ground running. This is a short-term position — a few weeks to start — but for the right person, there's real potential to stay on beyond that. No hand-holding, no ramp-up period. We need someone who knows irrigation and can be productive from day one. What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems Installing and programming smart irrigation controllers and flow sensing equipment Valve, manifold, and head repair and rebuilding Adding to and enhancing existing systems, including micro and drip irrigation Sensor, drainage, and high-efficiency upgrade installations What We're Looking For Irrigation experience required — this is not a training role Clean driving record Ability to work independently in the field with minimal oversight Physical capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Great attitude and professionalism — you'll be representing our brand with customers Sales experience is a plus What You Get $20-$27/hour based on experience + bonus opportunities Fully equipped vehicle with industry-leading tools and technology Phone and/or field tablet provided A tight-knit team and a great work environment A foot in the door with a company that promotes from within — if the fit is right, this doesn't have to end when the busy season does The Bottom Line We're a small, high-standards operation that takes irrigation seriously.
