Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our team in a hands-on production and cultivation support role. This position plays an important part in maintaining quality, consistency, safety, and compliance throughout daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to producing high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support daily production and cultivation activities in accordance with established procedures. Monitor plant health, cleanliness, and environmental conditions to help maintain optimal growing conditions. Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, watering, feeding, and general plant care tasks. Inspect product and plant material for quality, consistency, and signs of pests, disease, or deficiencies. Maintain accurate records related to inventory, crop progression, sanitation, and operational activities. Follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a compliant work environment. Prepare, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Report issues, observations, or process concerns promptly to appropriate team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and compliance requirements accurately. Comfort working in a structured, hands-on environment with repetitive and physical tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic recordkeeping and organizational abilities. Ability to remain adaptable in a changing, fast-paced setting. A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. Preferred Attributes Interest in plant care, cultivation, and controlled-environment production. Familiarity with sanitation standards, inventory practices, or regulated production processes. Dependable, punctual, and proactive approach to daily responsibilities. Work Environment This role may involve standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and performing repetitive tasks.
