LOCAL, closer to the farm the better. Join our dynamic farm team as a Farm Hand/Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help cultivate a thriving agricultural environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors and indoors, contribute to various farming operations, and develop hands-on skills in plant care, and crop management. You'll be an essential part of a motivated team committed to doing what needs to be done every day , ensuring the health of plants in all stages of growth. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to grow their expertise in cultivation while enjoying a lively, supportive work atmosphere. Responsibilities . leaf stripping quality contol finish product packaging Support planting, repopulating, harvesting, watering, and crop maintenance activities across fields or greenhouses. Use hand tools and power tools for general farm maintenance, equipment repair, and infrastructure improvements. moving supplies around the farm. Assist with irrigation setup and management to optimize water use for crops. Requirements must be 21 years of age ability to sit stand kneel and walk for up to 8 hours a day be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly have reliable transportaion be able/willing to work weekends and some holidays be able to work individually as well as with a tem pass a background check
