. We are seeking a dedicated Cannabis Cultivation Technician to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced agricultural environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and experience in plant cultivation, with a focus on cannabis growth. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a hands-on setting, contributing to the successful cultivation of high-quality cannabis products. Applicants should be comfortable with physical tasks, outdoor work, and maintaining a clean and efficient growing environment. Duties Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining cannabis crops using irrigation systems and hand tools Monitor plant health and identify pests or diseases through plant identification skills Prune, trim, and harvest plants according to established protocols Maintain greenhouse conditions, including temperature, humidity, and lighting controls Perform routine gardening and landscaping tasks to ensure optimal growth conditions Operate mechanical equipment related to cultivation processes Record data related to plant growth, nutrient levels, and environmental conditions using basic math skills Assist with heavy lifting of supplies, soil, or plants as needed Follow safety procedures during outdoor work and handling of equipment Skills Growing experience with cannabis or other horticultural crops preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems and watering techniques Strong understanding of horticulture, farming, or agriculture practices Experience working in greenhouses or outdoor garden environments Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or gardening tools and techniques Mechanical knowledge related to cultivation equipment and hand tools Ability to identify various plant species and recognize signs of plant stress or disease Basic math skills for measurements and data recording Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physical outdoor work for extended periods Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sustainable agriculture, plant science, and outdoor cultivation.
