In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming and preparing cannabis plants to meet quality standards and ensure optimal product presentation. Your work will directly impact the quality and consistency of our products, contributing to a positive customer experience. This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop hands-on horticultural skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment committed to excellence in cannabis cultivation. Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants, ensuring they meet established quality and aesthetic standards Remove excess leaves, stems, and other plant material using precision trimming techniques Maintain cleanliness and organization of trimming areas, tools, and equipment Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trimming processes to ensure consistency and safety Assist with harvesting activities, including plant handling and preparation for curing or packaging Monitor plant health during trimming, identifying signs of pests or disease that may require further action Collaborate with the cultivation team to ensure timely processing of harvests and adherence to production schedules Skills Experience with greenhouse cultivation, outdoor work, or garden trimming preferred Familiarity with irrigation systems, agricultural environmental control systems, and crop production techniques Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for measuring plant materials and managing quantities effectively Experience managing horticultural teams or working in landscaping or farming environments is a plus This role is paid and ideal for individuals passionate about horticulture, gardening, or agriculture who thrive in outdoor or greenhouse settings.
