Full Job Description Expert Pruner Pay:
$18 - $26
Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time experienced Pruner. The ideal candidate will have experience in the cultivation and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and plants. This position requires an understanding of plant biology, growth patterns, and the correct techniques to promote optimal plant development. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, flexible and has a positive attitude.
Pruner Responsibilities:
  • Trim trees, shrubs, and plants to enhance health and aesthetics
  • Remove dead, damaged or diseased branches to promote plant health
  • Shape and size plants according to specific designs or standards
  • Monitor plant health and report any sign of disease or pest problems
  • Maintain equipment and tools used for pruning to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Adhere to safety protocols while performing pruning tasks
Pruner Requirements :
  • 2-5 years Pruning experience
  • Must have a clean, valid Michigan Issued Driver's License.
  • Must have a valid DOT Medical Card
