This position involves moderate physical activity and focuses on ensuring the health, quality, and compliance of cannabis plants throughout their growth cycle. The role does not require travel and emphasizes collaboration within the team to maintain a safe and productive growing environment. Responsibilities Harvest cannabis crops efficiently and safely. Monitor compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Maintain sanitation protocols to prevent contamination. Manage proper disposal of waste materials. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation. Knowledge of plant biology and growth cycles. Experience with pest and disease management. Skill in environmental monitoring within indoor grow settings. Understanding of quality control and sanitation procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment. Strong attention to detail in all cultivation tasks.
