Position Overview The Cannabis Manufacturing & Production Technician plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our cannabis processing facility. This position supports cannabis manufacturing, edible production, packaging, inventory, and order fulfillment while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) requirements. Because we are a growing startup, every team member is cross-trained in multiple production areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new processes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Prepare cannabis materials for production, including milling biomass and preparing cannabis oils for manufacturing. Assist in the production and packaging of cannabis gummies and other infused products. Operate manufacturing, processing, packaging, labeling, and production equipment. Follow batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. Package finished products while maintaining accuracy and compliance with all state regulations. Assist with inventory organization, material movement, and storage throughout the facility. Prepare retail orders and support shipping and fulfillment activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment by performing routine cleaning and facility upkeep. Work safely while following all Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) regulations and internal company procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain product quality. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to work in multiple areas of production. Ability to follow detailed written procedures and compliance documentation. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work. Previous experience in cannabis, manufacturing, food production, packaging, warehouse operations, assembly, or production is preferred but not required. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must meet all Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) employment requirements. Must be able to complete any required background checks, if applicable. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
