We are located in Pontiac, Michigan. Our focus is producing boutique-style, premium quality flower for provisioning and processing centers throughout the state. This is primarly a night-time operation. At this time we are looking for an irrigation specialist. Job Description /
Duties:
Cultivation tech. Be able to complete a variety of plant care independently including, but not limited to:
  • HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING RHYTHM IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT
  • Adhere to precise feeding schedules/fertigation control management
  • Monitor various aspects of plant health including signs of disease or infestation and communicate any issues to the cultivation management team
  • Accurately fill out and maintain up-to-date paperwork such as room maps, waste logs, runoff charts, harvest logs.
  • Identify and report irregularities and/or variances from Standard Operating Procedures to management
  • Assist with de-leafing, harvesting, transporting plants, and basic handy work when needed
  • Be willing to wear many hats
  • assist where help is needed
  • Coordinate plant schedules and tasks with management team
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a culture of professionalism Must abide by Michigan state laws and regulations related to marijuana production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations.
