A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Duties:
Cultivation tech. Be able to complete a variety of plant care independently including, but not limited to:HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING RHYTHM IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT
- Adhere to precise feeding schedules/fertigation control management
- Monitor various aspects of plant health including signs of disease or infestation and communicate any issues to the cultivation management team
- Accurately fill out and maintain up-to-date paperwork such as room maps, waste logs, runoff charts, harvest logs.
- Identify and report irregularities and/or variances from Standard Operating Procedures to management
- Assist with de-leafing, harvesting, transporting plants, and basic handy work when needed
- Be willing to wear many hats
- assist where help is needed
- Coordinate plant schedules and tasks with management team
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a culture of professionalism Must abide by Michigan state laws and regulations related to marijuana production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations.
