Job Description
Join Our Growing Family! We are a small, family-owned greenhouse looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for flowers and plants. If you love getting your hands dirty, creating beautiful displays, then we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, and care for annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, and flowering plants
- Maintain healthy plants by pruning, deadheading, fertilizing, and weeding
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and greenhouse maintenance
- Keep the greenhouse clean, organized, and inviting
- Help customers select plants and answer basic gardening questions
- Load plants and gardening materials for customers as needed
Qualifications:
- Enjoy working outdoors and in a greenhouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Positive attitude
