About us We are small family owned, cash crop farm. Willing to do hourly or salary based on preference as during the winter months hours are dramatically cut and at times none. Pay will be based on experience and performance. Medical benefits are not offered. Must be able to pass drug screening and subject to random drug testing.

Duties:

• Perform various tasks related to farming, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Operate farm and other heavy equipment. Including field preparation, planting, and harvest.
• Maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and structures.
• Monitor and control pests and diseases in crops.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Skills:

• Experience or knowledge in farming practices, including planting, growing, and harvesting crops.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Ability to assist in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to use power tools for various farm-related tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Physical fitness for heavy lifting and manual labor required on the farm.
• A driver's license and good driving record.
