Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Grow Manager to lead our horticultural and crop production initiatives. This role offers an exciting chance to oversee cultivation operations, ensuring optimal plant health, pest management, and irrigation practices. The Grow Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of horticultural excellence while managing teams and implementing best practices. Responsibilities Lead and manage horticultural teams to execute planting, pruning, garden trimming, and crop cultivation activities efficiently. Oversee irrigation systems and irrigation management to ensure proper water delivery tailored to crop needs. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all growing activities to maintain consistency and quality. Monitor crop health through plant identification skills and manage pest control strategies including integrated pest management techniques. Maintain detailed records of crop production, pest management, irrigation schedules, and greenhouse conditions. Conduct outdoor work such as lawn care, landscaping, and farming tasks with attention to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members on greenhouse cultivation projects, ensuring adherence to horticulture best practices. Requirements Proven experience in growing crops within outdoor or greenhouse environments; familiarity with horticulture or agriculture is essential. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, agricultural environmental control systems, and crop pest management. Ability to manage horticultural teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. Experience with plant pest control, garden trimming, lawn care, land management, and farming operations. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to irrigation and crop yields. Physical ability for heavy lifting, outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and gardening tasks. Excellent plant identification skills combined with knowledge of SOPs for horticultural practices. Pay:
