•3.9 Warren, MI Job Details $17•$18 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Manufacturing standard operating procedures Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Full Job Description Position Summary The Cultivation Technician supports daily cultivation and harvest operations in a regulated facility. Cultivation Technicians have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and can follow SOPs exactly. Tech-savvy is a plus (data entry, tablets, tracking systems). This role requires prolonged periods of standing and may sometimes require longer hours, essential on trim/harvesting days.
Essential Functions Daily plant care:
watering/feeding, transplanting, pruning/defoliation, trellising Maintain clean, organized work areas; follow sanitation and PPE requirements Support harvest/trim: harvesting, bucking, sorting, hanging/drying support, trimming assistance Perform room checks and report issues (pests, mold, nutrient stress, equipment problems) Complete required logs and documentation accurately (paper and/or digital) Follow all SOPs and compliance procedures (batch integrity, chain of custody, waste handling) Perform other duties as assigned by Cultivation manager. Requirements High attention to detail and consistent quality of work Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal procedures in a regulated environment Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work and working at a steady pace Physical ability to stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs; frequent bending/reaching Must meet any applicable state/regulatory employment requirements Cultivation, greenhouse, agriculture, horticulture, or production/manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Experience with METRC is a huge bonus!
