Ownership Team About Us We are a licensed cannabis cultivation facility focused on producing high-quality, consistent, and premium flower. We are looking for an experienced Head Cultivator to lead our grow team, oversee daily cultivation operations, and help drive the quality, efficiency, and success of our facility. Position Overview The Head Cultivator is responsible for managing all aspects of the cultivation process from clone to harvest. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of cannabis cultivation, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards in plant health, production, compliance, and team performance. Responsibilities Oversee all cultivation operations, including propagation, veg, flower, harvest, drying, and curing Develop and maintain feeding schedules, environmental controls, IPM programs, and cultivation SOPs Monitor plant health daily and identify issues related to nutrients, pests, disease, stress, or environment Lead, train, and manage cultivation staff to ensure tasks are completed properly and efficiently Maintain consistent quality, yield, and production timelines Work with ownership and management to plan strain rotations, harvest schedules, and production goals Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the cultivation facility Track and report key cultivation data, including plant counts, harvest weights, room performance, and labor needs Maintain compliance with all state cannabis regulations and internal company policies Troubleshoot cultivation problems quickly and create solutions to improve overall crop performance Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years of cannabis cultivation experience Previous management or lead grower experience required Strong knowledge of indoor cultivation, plant nutrition, lighting, irrigation, HVAC, CO2, and environmental controls Experience with pest management and plant health diagnostics Ability to lead a team and create accountability in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working hands-on in the grow Knowledge of state compliance systems and cannabis regulations is a plus Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, understands premium flower production, and knows how to balance quality with efficiency.
