00 per hour (based on experience) Join a Team That Takes Pride in Quality Cultivation LegaSea Farms is seeking dependable and hardworking Plant Deleafing Technicians to join our cultivation team at our Warren, Michigan facility. This position plays an important role in maintaining healthy cannabis plants by carefully removing excess foliage while helping keep cultivation rooms clean, organized, and operating efficiently. What You'll Do As a Plant Deleafing Technician, your responsibilities will include: Carefully remove leaves from cannabis plants following company standards Stand for extended periods throughout the workday Occasionally work from a small platform or bench when needed Clean and sanitize work tables and cultivation equipment Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness throughout cultivation rooms Assist with general housekeeping duties at the end of each workday Follow all company safety procedures and cultivation protocols Support the cultivation team with additional duties as assigned These duties are based on the recruitment summary provided by LegaSea Farms. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who are: Dependable and punctual Able to work on their feet throughout the day Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Able to maintain a clean and organized work environment Possess reliable transportation to and from work (required) Previous cannabis cultivation experience is helpful but not required. We value reliability, attitude, and a willingness to learn. Schedule Monday through Friday Day Shift Paid training provided Compensation $17.00
