Schedule:

15 hours/week expected. Morning and Weekend availability is required

What You'll Do:

Plant Care & Maintenance:

Tend to our beautiful plants by watering, deadheading, and ensuring they thrive in our greenhouse.

Merchandising:

Keep our Garden Center shed fresh and appealing by expertly organizing and displaying our plants, products, and seasonal treasures.

Customer Care:

Share your love for gardening by helping customers pick the perfect plants and offering tips to help their gardens grow.

Cashiering:

Provide excellent service at the register and help customers with their purchases with a smile!

Who You Are:

A plant enthusiast with a passion for gardening (or eager to learn!) Energetic and ready to embrace the busy season with a positive attitude Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs ️Comfortable working in MN weather conditions ️Flexible availability to work weekdays mornings and/or closing shifts and weekends as needed
