A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team. This is an outdoor, hands-on job involving equipment operation, general labor, animal care, and maintenance. Duties Feed, water, and care for livestock. Operate tractors, forklifts, and other equipment. Load, unload, lift, stack, plant, and harvest materials. Help with irrigation and general property maintenance. Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance. Welding and mechanical work as needed. Keep work areas and equipment clean. Follow all safety rules. Requirements Farming or outdoor work experience preferred. Experience operating tractors or other equipment. Basic mechanical and repair skills. Welding experience is a plus. Comfortable working outside in all types of weather. Able to lift and perform physical work. Reliable and willing to learn. Must be able to safely handle equipment and livestock. We're looking for someone who works hard, shows up, takes care of the equipment, and is willing to help wherever needed.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
