Feeding and caring for livestock, including cows, horses and cattle dogs Maintaining fences and corrals to ensure animals stay contained Inspecting livestock to identify any health issues or problems with their living conditions Inspecting fences for damage and repairing them as needed Providing medical attention to sick or injured animals Cleaning pens, troughs, and other equipment used to house animals Grooming animals to prevent infestations of parasites or disease outbreaks Herding animals from one location to another using a horse or vehicle Monitoring the health of herds to detect signs of disease or discomfort that may require medical treatment
