We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Medical Cannabis Manufacturing Lab Technicians and Dispensary Budtenders to join our team. ... Lab Technicians In this role, you will assist with the processing and manufacturing of medical cannabis products, including the extraction and refinement of raw materials. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, and committed to maintaining accurate records and following all state compliance requirements. Must have a Mississippi Medical Cannabis Work Permit, or be in the process of obtaining one. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain kitchen, laboratory, and production equipment. Measure, track, and accurately document raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished products. Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain accurate production, inventory, and compliance records. Clean and sanitize laboratory glassware, tools, equipment, and production areas. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of heavy machinery and production equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all applicable state regulations and company compliance procedures. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a Mississippi Medical Cannabis Work Permit . High school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework or a degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, laboratory, manufacturing, production, or similar environment preferred. Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to accurately track inventory and production data. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures consistently. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must be able to pass a state-required background check. Forklift certification or prior forklift experience is a plus.

Dispensary Budtender About the Budtender Position We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Dispensary Budtender to join our team at Noble Labs Dispensary. Must have a Mississippi Medical Cannabis Work Permit, or be in the process of obtaining one. As a Budtender, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for every customer while helping them understand our products and make informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with customers, and able to follow all state regulations and company procedures. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. Assist customers with product selection by explaining available products, formats, and general product information. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale system. Verify customer identification and eligibility in accordance with applicable regulations. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts. Receive, organize, label, and properly store products. Keep the dispensary clean, organized, and welcoming. Follow all state cannabis regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and compliance records. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Stay up to date on products, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Protect customer privacy and maintain a professional environment at all times. What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years old. Mississippi Medical Cannabis Work Permit. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, cannabis, or sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic math and computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn product information and explain it clearly to customers. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, professional, and punctual. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks. Must be able to meet all applicable state requirements for employment in a medical cannabis dispensary.
