CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN

SensiCare Dispensary | Living Soil Cultivation Do you know your way around a plant? Do you notice the little things? Do you take pride in doing things right—not just getting them done? SensiCare is looking for a Cultivation Technician to join our team and help us grow high-quality cannabis using living soil and sustainable cultivation practices . This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with plants, getting their hands dirty, learning how things work, and being part of a team that takes pride in the product we put on the shelves. You don't need to know everything on day one. We can teach you the SensiCare way. What we can't teach is work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be involved in the day-to-day care of our plants and cultivation spaces, including: Planting, transplanting, pruning, trimming and trellis training Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems and watering schedules Keeping a close eye on plant health, environmental conditions and overall crop performance Participating in our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program and identifying potential pest or plant-health issues Keeping accurate cultivation records and completing tasks in our project management system Maintaining clean, organized and efficient cultivation areas Using and maintaining hand tools and cultivation equipment safely Following cultivation SOPs and helping us maintain consistent quality from start to finish Working as part of a team to keep cultivation moving and hitting production goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is: Reliable. If you're scheduled to be here, you're here and ready to work. Observant. Plants can't tell you what's wrong—you have to notice. Hardworking. Cultivation is physical work, and there are no shortcuts. Willing to learn. We're interested in people who want to become better growers. Detail-oriented. Small things can make a big difference in cultivation. A team player. We work together and hold each other accountable. Comfortable getting dirty. This is agriculture. It's hands-on, physical work. Interested in cannabis and cultivation. Passion goes a long way here.

EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Experience with cannabis cultivation, living soil, irrigation, horticulture, greenhouse growing, IPM, environmental controls or agricultural equipment is a big plus. But if you don't have all of that experience, don't count yourself out. We provide on-the-job training for candidates who have the right attitude and work ethic. We're looking for people who are willing to learn and want to grow with us.

THIS JOB IS PHYSICAL

Cultivation is not a desk job.

You should be comfortable:

Lifting 50+ lbs Standing and working for extended periods Bending, reaching and working on your feet throughout the day Working at heights of up to 15 feet Working around water, soil, plants and cultivation equipment

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
