  • Job Overview:
  • Currently hiring candidates to work in our cannabis cultivation outdoor facility. Experience in cannabis cultivation is a plus but not required. This job is very physically demanding but rewarding as well.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects

Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain cannabis plants in a greenhouse environment, ensuring optimal growth conditions. Utilize horticultural techniques to enhance yield and quality. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Experience in cannabis cultivation and horticulture a plus Familiarity with greenhouse operations and maintenance Experience in lawn care, farming, and landscaping Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks Background in agriculture and gardening practices
