In person Job Description Greenline Lawn Service is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has strong irrigation knowledge, can confidently diagnose and repair sprinkler system problems, and takes pride in doing quality work. This is not an entry-level position . The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and adjusting residential and commercial irrigation systems. During the lawn and irrigation season, we offer a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday , with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. During the winter months, this position will also assist with snow removal operations as weather conditions require. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial sprinkler systems. Troubleshoot valves, wiring, controllers, heads, leaks, pressure issues, and other irrigation problems. Perform sprinkler startups, winterizations/blowouts, inspections, and system adjustments. Locate and repair damaged or leaking irrigation components. Replace and repair valves, heads, nozzles, fittings, piping, and other system components. Program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers. Adjust systems for proper coverage and efficient watering. Communicate professionally with customers regarding system problems, repairs, and recommendations. Accurately document work performed and materials used. Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles. Work independently and efficiently while maintaining Greenline's standards for quality workmanship and customer service. Perform snow removal and snow plowing during the winter months as needed. Be available for snow removal outside of the normal Monday-Thursday schedule when weather conditions require. Qualifications Previous professional sprinkler/irrigation experience required. Strong knowledge of sprinkler system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Ability to diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts. Experience with residential and commercial irrigation systems. Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required . Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Ability and willingness to operate snow removal equipment during winter weather events.
