Overview We are seeking a dedicated grower to join our cultivation team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and cannabis, experience in a cannabis cultivation or post-production setting, and a desire to learn and better themselves within a competitive industry. Responsibilities

• Manage the growth and development of plants across multiple grow facilities
• Adhere to the standard operating procedure within each grow environment, ensuring output of a consistent and quality product
• Conduct data collection on plant growth and health, and track trends to ensure systemic issues are reported to supervisor for correction
• Complete cloning, rooting, and transplanting for propagation
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment for plant care
• Use METRC to maintain seed-to-sale tracking compliance within the cultivation facilities Requirements
• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment used in cultivation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific planting and care instructions
• Weekend availability required
