A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.
We are a medical and recreational cannabis company that serves consumers throughout the state. We have a grow and manufacturing facility in the Bozeman area. We are looking for several hard working, honest, and dependable full-time employees to help with Trimming and harvesting. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday with occasional weekends during harvests, approximately 35-40 hours per week. Pay starts at $20/hour, more with experience. There are potential opportunities for upside as well as career growth in the industry. We provide opportunities and advancement based on merit. There may be opportunities to drive product to other registered premises as well. Driving hours pay higher than the per hour pay listed in this add. Driving opportunities are currently 1-2 days per week. Must have a good driving record to be considered for part time driver opportunities. We do have a company van.
Requirements:
Good hand eye skills for trimming and packaging, ability to listen and follow instruction, excellent team member and communicator! Must have good hygiene to protect the grow and products from microbials and bacteria.

We need a self-starter who can follow directions, work hard and fast and do things right the first time. Driver's license is a requirement to be a driver, otherwise only a federally recognized ID is necessary to get your MT CCD Worker Permit. Felonies must be disclosed to the state and may prevent you from getting your CCD Worker Permit.
Manufacturing Tech Duties:
Harvesting, bucking, trimming, and processing finished cannabis flower. Production of joints and edibles. Assistance with packaging of flower, joints, edibles, and concentrates. Must be physically able to lift 50lbs at a time.
