We are a medical and recreational cannabis company that serves consumers throughout the state. We have a grow and manufacturing facility in the Bozeman area. We are looking for several hard working, honest, and dependable full-time employees to help with Trimming and harvesting. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday with occasional weekends during harvests, approximately 35-40 hours per week. Pay starts at $20/hour, more with experience. Requirements:

Strong hand-eye coordination for trimming, harvesting, and packaging tasks, with the ability to listen carefully, follow directions, communicate effectively, and contribute positively as part of a team. Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and follow cleanliness standards to help protect the cultivation environment and finished products from microbial and bacterial contamination. Key attributes for success include consistent and punctual attendance, strong communication skills, honesty and integrity, a willingness to learn how a successful cannabis company operates, and a strong work ethic. Applicants must disclose any felony convictions to the state, as felony convictions may affect eligibility for a CCD Worker Permit.

Manufacturing Tech Duties:

Harvesting, bucking, trimming, and processing finished cannabis flower. Production of joints and edibles. Assistance with packaging of flower, joints, edibles, and concentrates. Must be physically able to lift 50lbs at a time.
