Job Description

Raintree Country Club , located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Horticultural Assistant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional weekend mornings.
Primary Responsibilities:
Blowing parking lots and common areas Collecting trash daily Watering containers and flower beds throughout the course Fertilizing, mulching, weeding, and deadheading Weed eating and general landscape maintenance Planting and pruning using gas-powered hand tools Assisting with holiday and Christmas decorations Performing a variety of horticultural, landscaping, and grounds maintenance duties
Requirements:
Open availability Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Quick learner Ability to work effectively in a team environment
