Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking farm hand to assist with daily operations on our farm, as well as occasional work on other local farms. This position involves a mix of outdoor and indoor work and requires someone comfortable with physical labor and operating equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain heavy machinery and farm equipment Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep Complete both indoor and outdoor duties as needed Travel to and assist with work on other farms when required Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow safety procedures while working with equipment and tools
Requirements:
Experience operating heavy machinery preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable transportation to job sites Have a reliable way of communication No felons or drug addicts
