General Farm Hand — Cow Care & Maintenance Four Aces Dairy | Osmond, Nebraska | Full-Time About Us Four Aces Dairy is a family-owned and operated robotic dairy in northeast Nebraska. Our herd is milked through an 11-robot Lely system, and we're looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to help keep our cows comfortable and our operation running smoothly. What You'll Do Daily bedding and stall/pen maintenance — keeping cows clean, dry, and comfortable General cow care — checking on the herd throughout the day and flagging any animal that needs extra attention Operating equipment used for bedding, feeding, and general upkeep — tractors, skid steers, and similar machinery General maintenance around the dairy — equipment upkeep, facility repairs, and keeping barns and alleys clean and safe (we have a head maintenance role, you would help him with big projects etc.) Pitching in wherever needed as the day-to-day needs of the operation come up

What We're Looking For What Matters Most:

work ethic, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn No dairy experience required — we're willing to train the right person Comfortable working around livestock Reliable and willing to work a consistent schedule, including some weekends Mechanically inclined, or willing to learn basic equipment operation and upkeep Someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and treats the cows and equipment like their own We want somebody on our team who is self-motivated and disciplined.
