$23.50/hour — Pay Based on Experience Full-Time | In Person Livingston Family Farms is a family-owned and operated farming operation located near Reynolds, Nebraska. We farm irrigated and dryland ground and use modern equipment and precision-ag technology throughout our operation. We are looking for an experienced Farm Equipment Operator / Ag Production Assistant to join our team. This position is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, takes care of equipment, can work independently, and is comfortable working hard during our busy seasons. What You'll Be Doing Operate and maintain farm equipment Perform equipment and facility maintenance and shop work Assist with grain handling and transportation as needed Operate and support irrigation systems and related operations Haul grain from the field to farm storage or from storage to local markets Work with the team to keep our operation running safely and efficiently Perform other general production agriculture and farm tasks as needed What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience operating farm equipment such as combines, tractors, and other agricultural equipment Semi-truck driving experience Someone who knows how to take care of equipment Dependable and self-motivated Takes pride in doing a job right Able to work independently Good attention to detail Comfortable working long hours during planting, harvest, and other busy periods A team player who is willing to help wherever needed What We Offer Starting pay of $23.50/hour — pay based on experience Paid vacation Paid sick time Family-owned and operated farm Modern farm equipment and grain facilities Precision-ag technology Irrigated and dryland farming Variety of work including equipment, irrigation, grain handling, and maintenance About the Job This is a farming job — not just a job.
