Duties Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting crops to promote healthy growth Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels to ensure optimal plant development Operate and maintain farm machinery, irrigation systems, and greenhouse equipment with precision and care Perform routine inspections of plants for pests, diseases, or deficiencies and implement appropriate treatments Support equipment repair and maintenance tasks to keep tools and machinery functioning smoothly Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when handling plants, soil bags, or supplies using proper techniques and safety protocols Supervise team members during cultivation activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures Requirements Proven experience in farming, horticulture, or agriculture environments with hands-on growing experience Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery, greenhouses, irrigation systems, and power tools Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently Strong understanding of basic math for measurements, dosing fertilizers, or adjusting environmental controls Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and performing general maintenance tasks Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to troubleshooting equipment issues or plant health concerns We're dedicated to fostering a vibrant work environment where your skills grow alongside our plants.
