This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on new irrigation system installation projects, conduct irrigation maintenance, and support landscape management efforts across diverse environments. Duties Install new irrigation systems, including automated irrigation control setups, utilizing hand tools, power tools, excavators, and construction experience to ensure precise placement and functionality Perform routine irrigation system maintenance and repairs to optimize performance and water efficiency Troubleshoot system issues through electrical diagnostics and system troubleshooting techniques to identify faults quickly and accurately Conduct excavation work for pipe laying, valve installation, or repair projects while adhering to safety standards Manage irrigation equipment such as controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, and sensors to ensure proper operation Collaborate with landscaping teams on soil science considerations and landscape maintenance to integrate irrigation seamlessly into overall site design Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations, addressing concerns, and offering solutions for irrigation management challenges Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in irrigation system installation and repair projects Proficiency in electrical diagnostics related to automated irrigation control systems Knowledge of landscaping principles, soil science, horticulture, lawn care, and landscape maintenance practices Skilled in excavation using equipment such as excavators for installing or repairing underground irrigation components Familiarity with construction processes and experience with power tools and hand tools for precise installations Ability to troubleshoot complex irrigation systems efficiently and implement effective repair strategies Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions Join us We are committed to fostering a positive work environment where your skills grow alongside our projects.
