Monday-Friday 7:15am-3:45pm Starting at $16.50/hr Responsibilities Produce cannabis products including pre-rolls and other packaged goods according to production schedules Weigh, portion, and package cannabis flower in compliance with quality and regulatory standards Label and prepare finished products for distribution, ensuring accuracy and consistency Maintain production quotas while adhering to quality control procedures Inspect products for defects and report any quality concerns to supervisors Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production and packaging processes Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace throughout all production activities Accurately complete production logs and documentation as required Assist with inventory movement and material preparation for production runs Support additional production and packaging tasks as assigned based on operational needs Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or cannabis operations preferred but not required Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with a high level of accuracy Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for weighing and portioning product Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance with regulations Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks Comfortable working in environments with strong odors and plant material The United Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
