A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.
This is a seasonal position that will end around mid-late November. There will be opportunities to stay on Full-Time after harvest.

Position Summary:
The Cultivation Technician will work as part of a team supporting the greenhouse, nursery, and all aspects of cultivation at our outdoor facility. This position reports to the Cultivation Manager and is responsible for various tasks related to cultivation, including but not limited to plant care, harvesting, trimming, quality control, and packaging.

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Location:
Woolwich, NJ Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Assist in hand-harvesting and gathering plants for cultivation. Perform individual leaf-harvesting of plants as directed. Follow instructions from the Cultivation Manager and leads. Support greenhouse and nursery operations as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cultivation areas. Help with property maintenance as neeed. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors for extended hours, performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting with minimal supervision. Motivated and hardworking with a strong attendance record. Willingness to work in various roles within cultivation, including Farm Hand, Trimmer, and Laborer tasks. Team player with effective communication skills. Must be 21 years or older. Inventory logging and computer experience is preferred but not required.
