Duties Assist with harvesting activities, including trimming, drying, curing, and packaging cannabis plants according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage irrigation systems and monitor agricultural environmental control systems to maintain optimal conditions for crop preservation. Conduct plant pest control measures and implement integrated pest management strategies to prevent contamination or damage. Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for crop handling, trimming, and processing tasks. Maintain detailed records of crop processing stages, pest management activities, and environmental conditions. Perform outdoor work such as garden trimming, landscaping, and land maintenance to support cultivation areas. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, equipment operation, and chemical handling. Experience Prior experience in horticulture or agriculture, particularly in greenhouse cultivation or outdoor farming environments. Knowledge of irrigation management systems and agricultural environmental control systems. Hands-on experience with crop production processes including harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing cannabis or similar plants. Familiarity with plant identification techniques and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems, hand tools, and gardening equipment is highly desirable. Experience managing horticultural teams or working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor activity while maintaining attention to detail.
