- Outdoor Cultivation Technician

IV GENERATION

is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our cultivation team as Outdoor Cultivation Technicians . This is a hands-on, labor-intensive position supporting outdoor cultivation operations . Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work throughout their shift and working in the environmental conditions associated with outdoor cultivation. Responsibilities Perform daily plant care and cultivation tasks as directed by cultivation leadership Assist with transplanting, watering, pruning, defoliation, trellising, harvesting, and room or garden maintenance Move plants, equipment, supplies, and cultivation materials as needed Assist with room flips, harvests, cleanup, and preparation for new plant cycles Monitor plants and report signs of pests, disease, deficiencies, or other concerns Clean and sanitize cultivation areas, equipment, tools, and workspaces Complete assigned daily tasks and cultivation logs accurately Follow company safety, sanitation, cultivation, and compliance procedures Work efficiently with the cultivation team to meet production schedules and goals Physical & Work Environment Requirements This is a labor-intensive position . Employees should expect to be physically active for the majority of their shift. Depending on assignment, employees may work in outdoor cultivation areas and should be prepared to: Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach for extended periods Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Lift, carry, push, and move cultivation materials and equipment Work around heat, humidity, water, soil/growing media, plants, and agricultural equipment Work outdoors in changing weather conditions when assigned to outdoor cultivation Work in warm and humid environments when assigned to outdoor cultivation Maintain productivity while performing physically demanding tasks Qualifications Cultivation, agricultural, landscaping, or other physical labor experience is preferred but not required Must be dependable and maintain consistent attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For We are looking for people who show up ready to work, take pride in what they do, and understand that cultivation requires consistency, teamwork, and physical effort.
