Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cannabis Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team. This role involves hands-on work in our grow operations, focusing on the cultivation and care of cannabis plants. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cannabis cultivation, a passion for the industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including planting, pruning, watering, and harvesting
• Monitor plant health and report any issues to the cultivation manager
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grow area
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet production targets
• Assist with the preparation of grow areas and equipment
• Maintain detailed records of plant growth and health
• Perform other duties as assigned by the cultivation manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or a similar agricultural role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Must be at least 21 years old
