Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at various events, dispensaries, and pop-up locations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about cannabis education, comfortable traveling frequently, and skilled at engaging with diverse audiences. This role involves coordinating with dispensaries, managing your own schedule, and creating memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct multiple pop-up events daily at dispensaries, festivals, and community events to promote our solventless extracted cannabis products. Travel to different locations as scheduled, maintaining an organized calendar of appointments and events. Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary staff and customers, providing product education and answering questions. Coordinate with dispensaries ahead of time to secure timeslots and ensure smooth event execution. Distribute samples, promotional materials, and information about our unique extraction process and product line. Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team. Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically, embodying our core values and commitment to quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in brand ambassador, sales, or promotional roles, preferably within the cannabis industry. Be able to set up table, lift 25 lbs occasionally, bend, twist ,reach, see customers to engage in conversation, dexterity with hands and fingers to hand out materials and arrange table. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule. Comfortable traveling and working in various settings throughout the day. Knowledge of cannabis products, extraction methods, and industry regulations is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be 21+ and compliant with local cannabis laws and regulations and be able to get a NV agent card.
