About the Role As a Cannabis Cultivation Specialist, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end lifecycle of our premium plant production. You will utilize your expertise in botanical care and environmental management to ensure high-quality yields while maintaining rigorous operational standards. Responsibilities Execute daily plant care routines, including propagation, pruning, trellising, and defoliation to maximize crop health. Monitor and adjust environmental controls to create optimal growth conditions for various plant stages. Perform comprehensive sanitation of cultivation areas to uphold strict facility hygiene and prevent contamination. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on cultivation equipment to ensure all systems remain calibrated and fully operational. Document all production activities accurately, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with team members to streamline harvest processes and meet production targets in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required Skills Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to follow complex technical instructions and adhere to strict safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills Prior experience in commercial agriculture, greenhouse operations, or a similar production environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data tracking and reporting. Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate effectively with management.
