Jenny's is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team immediately as Cannabis Trimmer & Processing Technicians. This position begins as temporary employment, with the opportunity to become full-time based on performance and company needs. It is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience and growing within New York's cannabis industry. Responsibilities Trimming cannabis flower Bucking flower from stems Assisting with the curing process Handling flower carefully to maintain product quality Keeping work areas clean, organized, and sanitary Following all New York State regulations and company policies Assisting with production, manufacturing, and packaging as needed Qualifications Applicants must: Be at least 21 years old Have reliable transportation to and from work Be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Be comfortable standing for extended periods Be able to perform detailed visual work, with or without reasonable accommodation Be comfortable working around cannabis plants, flower, pollen, dust, and other agricultural materials This work takes place in an agricultural cannabis-processing environment. Individuals with allergies or sensitivities to cannabis plants, pollen, dust, or agricultural grow environments should carefully consider whether they can safely perform this work. Previous cannabis trimming or processing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided to dependable candidates who are willing to learn and contribute to the team.
