Trumansburg, New York We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our agricultural operation. This position involves a wide variety of hands-on work across multiple areas of farming and agricultural production. Ideal candidates enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team-oriented farm environment. This is a full-time, year-round position. Work hours vary seasonally based on weather and production demands. Job Description This position requires working in diverse aspects of farm and agricultural operations, including but not limited to: Hands-on physical farm labor Operation of large farm equipment Servicing, maintaining, and repairing equipment Animal handling and daily animal care Work hours are flexible and seasonal , depending on weather and production demands. Expect a minimum of 35-40 hours per week , with the potential for 65+ hours during peak seasons . Required Qualifications Some experience or familiarity working in any of the following trades: agriculture, farming, livestock production, landscaping, construction, mechanical trades, or other physically demanding outdoor work.
