Key Responsibilities:

Operate farm machinery and equipment for crop production and daily farm operations Assist with the repair and maintenance of tractors, trucks, and other farm machinery Help manage and care for crop land throughout the season Perform general upkeep of farm facilities and buildings Occasionally assist the herd team with livestock care Complete additional tasks as assigned
