Responsibilities Carefully trim and manicure cannabis flowers using hand tools to enhance appearance and potency. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for harvesting, trimming, and curing processes to maintain consistent quality. Assist with crop production tasks such as plant identification, pruning, and harvesting to optimize yield. Maintain cleanliness and organization of trimming stations, tools, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Packaging Skills Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively for garden trimming and plant maintenance. Strong understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Physical stamina for lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing detailed trimming work.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
